Between 8 in the morning and 12 in the evening guests can enjoy our varied breakfast or an intimate a la carte dinner, as well as a drink, snack, coffee or our new Après Ski Menu, a healthy and nutritional menu focused on what skiers most need and want after a long day on the slopes.
Choose from a magnificent salad bar, dish of the day, pasta, pizzas, quiches, grilled meats, fruit or one of our winter specialities such as the Swiss Rosti, Veal Schnitzel, Cheese Fondue or our famous Special Royal Tanau Hamburger.
And for all of our guests who arrive on Sundays we offer a “Sunday Welcome Buffet so that you can have a fairly quick dinner and then rest and recover after your long journey and look forward to the day ahead.
